Holy crap that is a mouthful to say. But ya, this figure is actually a recolor of their earlier Remilia figure release.
While it may just be a recolor, it is a very nice recolor. Most recolors will probably make you say meh, but this recolor gives off a whole different look and presence. It feels really dark and sinister. As for the figure itself, its size is rather impressive. At 1/7 scale, the figure measures 245 mm tall and a whopping 400 mm long! The figure is also quite detailed, from the frills all throughout her outfit, the wave effects in the spear and the paint quality and shading, its an amazing piece.

The Eternally Young Scarlet Moon Remilia Scarlet Divine Spear Crimson Color by Griffon Enterprises is scheduled to be released February 2011. Also, here is a picture of the regular version for comparison.
