The third Etsu featured illustration to be turned into a figure is by Izumi Tsubasu and sculpted by Takeshi Miyagawa.
The figure looks quite nice, the hair and outfit are quite detailed and the base gives off a regal flair that goes well with the figure of royalty. The figures stands at about 210 mm (counting the staff and about 150 mm to the top of her head).

The figure is scheduled to be released in March 2011. Also, something to note, is that the figure will only come with the black cat. The white cat will be available separately as an exclusive pack in for the E2 No. 28 magazine. Here is the illustration that the figure is based on:
