Alter announced today that it will be bringing out a figure of Kazari Uiharu from the series "Taoru no Kagaku no Railgun."
In a welcome change of pace Alter is continuing to release figures of lesser known characters, which is great for those who are tired of the same characters being released over and over. This 1/8 scale figure of Kazari stands at about 170 mm tall features her in her school girl outfit and distinctive flowery headband. While its the typical school girl type of character and figure, the way she is posed and the way her personality and face are captured are great.

Kizari is scheduled to be released in March 2011. Here is video of the various different OPs for the series.
